ES council rejects offer to settle lawsuit

Michael Mosely, who is representing the city through the Arkansas Municipal League, explained that the city is being sued by "plaintiff Morris." Flu shots offered Oct. 20 for ES students, school staff

The Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) is partnering with the Eureka Springs School District to offer flu vaccines to students and teachers from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at the school district. Students will be bringing home a consent form with the date that the vaccine will be given and a fact shed about the flu vaccine. Green Forest council OKs transfer of funds

The Green Forest City Council voted Tuesday to approve the transfer of $63,091.82 from the city's general fund to the emergency equipment fund to fix a disparity in the distribution of sales tax proceeds. JP pleads guilty to assault charge
