Six weeks into the regular season, teams begin to get banged up. Nobody knows this better than the Mountain View Yellowjackets, who will travel to Tiger Stadium Friday night to take on the Green Forest Tigers. All-state running back Josh Burns has been injured since week two, along with many other key players. Then and Now: Oct. 16, 2015 (Local News ~ 10/16/15)
On Oct. 30, 1942, a pile of rubble sat at this location. The day before it had been the three-story Berryville School building, but a tornado blew through Berryville and leveled a swath through the heart of the city. The school was rebuilt on the same site and today is home of the Berryville High School. It has seen thousands of students pass through its doors. CCSO arrests 4 more suspects in theft spree

No injuries reported in BV apartment fire

Six apartments were destroyed and three have water damage following an apartment fire early Tuesday morning in Berryville. No one was injured in the blaze. Berryville Fire Chief Shannon Chester reported that he received a call at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning saying part of the Magnolia Village Apartments on Doxey Lane were on fire. Chester said his crew stayed on the scene until 11:50 a.m., noting how hard the firemen worked to prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent buildings...
