Lottie Becker, age 92, of Alpena, AR passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015. She was born August 18, 1923 in the Plumlee Community, daughter of the late Hiram and Flora (Villines) Mabee. She started elementary school at Plumlee and in 1941 she graduated from Alpena High School. ...
