Good Shepherd shelter works to protect animals

The dog days aren't over for those who oppose euthanizing animals, but the Good Shepherd Humane Society is working to end them as soon as possible. The only no-kill shelter in Carroll County, Good Shepherd aims to care for the county's abandoned and unwanted animals without euthanizing any of them.
