Berryville water rate increases to take effect on November bill (Local News ~ 09/18/13)
BERRYVILLE -- The average city water bill wlll go up by $3.70 following the approval of Ordinance 950 by the City Council. The council voted Tuesday night to raise the water rates as discussed at its previous meeting.
