The Holiday Island Singers are pleased to welcome a new music director, Carol Morrison. Carol has an extensive musical background, directing church choirs in the Northeast United States for 30 years. Making art was a new activity among the many offered in mid-July at Holiday Island's junior summer camp. About 45 to 50 students came for the week-long event, where, in addition to art and crafts, they participated in tennis, pickleball, golf, swimming, fishing and a campout. Volunteers from Holiday Island helped out, and many donations came in to provide food, T-shirts and other items for the camp, which was free to children... -
