Carroll County Judge Sam Barr lifted the county's burn ban after parts of the county received heavy rainfall on Monday, July 22, officials said. Radar estimations from the National Weather Service in Tulsa, Okla., show that the northeast corner of the county got the most rain -- 1.5 to 2 inches in some places -- while other parts of the county saw closer to a half-inch to 1 inch of precipitation... -
