Holiday Island Board of Commissioners Chairman Linda Griswold receives a check for $45,000 from Carroll County Judge Sam Barr at last Monday's board meeting for the community's road paving program. The judge has committed this payment as a line item in the county budget for the last three years. The money will be set aside for next year's road paving, while the same amount from last year will be used for this year's program...
