Eureka council wrestling with 2012 city budget

EUREKA SPRINGS -- City council held a workshop Dec. 8 to begin work on putting together a budget for 2012, and plans to hear from each department head before they approve a budget before the end of January 2012. Paola Arrizon reached for a gift while sitting in Santa's lap when he visited the Carroll County Learning Center in Berryville. Santa was there with his elves to distribute gifts to 162 youngsters at the center and another 20 gifts to young adults participating in the Learning Center program.
