Secretary of State to lead parade for Eureka Gras

Mark Martin, Arkansas' 33rd Secretary of State, has been chosen as the Grand Marshal for the annual Eureka Mardi Gras Parade, which highlights a month of festivities in Eureka Springs. The parade rolls at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18.
