Grazing losses to be reimbursed

The Carroll County Farm Service Agency has been authorized to make 2011 Noninsured Assistance Program (NAP) payments for grazing losses due to drought and extreme heat this past summer and fall. Eligible producers, those who insured their grazing acres, will receive about $26 per acre in NAP payments according to County Executive Director Scott Fancher.
