Seemingly incessant rain didn't keep people off the streets on the weekend. Court votes in land use plan code

BERRYVILLE -- The Carroll County Quorum Court voted unanimously to pass an ordinance adopting the Carroll County Comprehensive Land Use and Management Plan Code at its meeting Friday. Justices of the Peace gave the plan, also known as the Carroll County Land Heritage Preservation Plan, first reading at their monthly meeting.
