    The Drug Free Carroll County coalition will be hosting its third annual Teen Summit at Bobcat Arena in Berryville on Tuesday, Sept. 27, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. This summit is offered to all seventh graders of the county.     Hear the stories of new "Voices from Eureka's Silent City" when cemetery tours take place Friday and Saturday, Oct. 14 and 15, and again Friday and Saturday, Oct. 28 and 29, hosted by the Eureka Springs Historical Museum.
