Eureka Springs will get its new high school after overwhelming pro vote

Alan Long EUREKA SPRINGS -- With a vote of 1,061 in favor and 651 opposed, voters approved a special millage to build a new high school Tuesday by restructuring existing debt and increasing millage by 1.98 mills. With that, $13,300,000 in new bonds will be issued for the combined 9.18 mills exisiting debt service, 1.98 mills of new debt service for building the high school, and maintenance and operation of existing schools...
