The Holiday Island Planning Commission (HIPC) answered the request Friday of a group of property owners who had submitted a letter at the Feb. 11 meeting requesting information. The letter, signed by nine property owners, requested a copy of the HIPC by-laws, the latest HIPC regulations for construction and residential habitation, the 2004 HIPC financial statement and copies of all written correspondence regarding construction of a garage at 1 Deer Run Drive, owned by Marvin Williams, including minutes of meetings about that permit.. ...
