District manager gets good review and raise

The Holiday Island Suburban Improvement Board of Commissioners is pleased with District Manager Kevin Crosson's performance. Monday the board conducted a special meeting with executive session solely to review Crosson's performance in 2004. The executive session lasted 90 minutes. When the commission came back into regular session, the board voted to approve a salary increase for Crosson, approved in the 2005 budget, of 6-percent. This raises his salary to $69,332...
