Carroll County Chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons will meet at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at the Holiday Island Clubhouse. Speaker will be Cindy Burks, physician liaison with St. John's Home Care, Springfield, Mo. Burks will cover Medicare homebound standards, homebound patient examples, home health and other skilled services, in-home services, infusion therapy, pediatric home health, payment and insurance, hospice care including program accreditation, services, levels of care, and admission criteria.
