MoviePass and Sinemia: must-own services for film junkies

LITTLE ROCK — Movie guru John Campea compares the perks, differences and drawbacks of the growing Movie Subscription services MoviePass and Sinemia through his popular movie vlog (below). Being a cinema junkie myself, I subscribe to both services. MoviePass was already an insanely awesome deal at $9.95 a month but I got in on their $7.95 monthly promo deal. Whereas customers can see one new 2D movie everyday with MoviePass, Sinemia offers two and three monthly-movie subscriptions with access to 3D and IMAX films, too.
Depending on how many movies you want to see in a given month, you will pay anywhere from $8.99 - $14.99 a month. Be sure to use the promo code "winter" for the best deal via Sinemia. And with the new AMC Theatres Chenal IMAX opening in Little Rock later this year, Arkansans can save a ton of money on those expensive IMAX and IMAX 3D showings. And check out Campea's video. His in-depth analysis of both services is fantastic. There's also the lesser known Cinemark Movie Club service, which is good for 20 percent off all concessions and a free 2D movie ticket for a monthly premium of $8.95.
