Steven graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications, focusing on film studies, journalism and theatre arts. Dubbed a "prolific" writer by Hollywood icon Kenneth Johnson (The Incredible Hulk, V, The Bionic Woman, Alien Nation), Steven has been honored by the Arkansas College Media Association for his story writing prowess. He has also received recognition for his dramatic writing from the Eerie, Shriekfest and Screamfest horror film festivals. 'SUPERGIRL' Takes Flight on CBS

Superman's cousin Kara will soar on the small screen courtesy of CBS.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be all the buzz in cinemas, during 2016, but D.C. Comics isn't satisfied with just inundating the Silver Screen with their superheroes.

CBS will air the upcoming "Supergirl" television show. Here is a portion of the release:

"Based on the DC Comics character, the drama tells the story of Kara Zor-El, who was born on the planet Krypton, but escaped amid its destruction years ago. Since arriving on Earth, she's been hiding the powers she shares with her famous cousin Superman. But now, at age 24, she decides to embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be."
