Steven graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications, focusing on film studies, journalism and theatre arts. Dubbed a "prolific" writer by Hollywood icon Kenneth Johnson (The Incredible Hulk, V, The Bionic Woman, Alien Nation), Steven has been honored by the Arkansas College Media Association for his story writing prowess. He has also received recognition for his dramatic writing from the Eerie, Shriekfest and Screamfest horror film festivals. X-Men fans listen up! The Marvel Universe is fixing to get a whole lot more exciting. "X-Men: First Class" (2011) came up a bit short in comparison to the other X-Franchise films, in regard to profits, but pulling in over $352 million worldwide has insured there will be a sequel. Oh, and what a follow-up feature it will be.

May 23, 2014 is the new release date for "X-Men: Days of Future Past." Director Bryan Singer (The Usual Suspects, Superman Returns, X2: X-Men United) helms the project. And now check out the first teaser trailers for the film (below).

Comic book fans will most likely recognize the new title is from a 1981 storyline that appeared in "The Uncanny X-Men" publications No. 141 and No. 142. The original narrative revolved around a bleak future in which mutants are hunted and imprisoned.

Sentinels rule in the future, while the X-Men battle Mystique's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants in the past. An older Kitty Pryde uses her abilities to transfer her mind into the Kitty Pryde of the past. With the knowledge of the dark future, Kitty assembles the X-Men to stop a pivotal point in history, the murder of Senator Robert Kelly, that elicits an anti-mutant movement and a sinister alternate reality.
