ATLANTA — Turner Classic Movies and Fathom Events proudly present a special one-day event featuring two of the Silver Screen's most memorable horror films: "Frankenstein" (1931) and its sequel "The Bride of Frankenstein" (1935). Portraying the Frankenstein monster in both flicks is legendary Hollywood icon Boris The Uncanny Karloff.
Prior to the double feature there will be a special introduction provided by TCM host Robert Osborne. Featured are exclusive interviews Osborne conducted at this year's TCM Classic Film Festival with Boris Karloff's daughter Sara, Bela Lugosi Jr. and Academy-Award winning make-up artist Rick Baker. The trio will discuss classic horror films and how both Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi (best known as Dracula) helped shape the horror genre past, present and future.
In theaters one day only: Wednesday, October 24.
Arkansas exhibitors featuring the screening include:
Tinseltown in Benton @ 2 p.m. $9.50 - $11.50
UA Breckenridge Village in Little Rock @ 7 p.m. $12.50
